Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy Services

Assess/Educate/Rehabilitate

Concepts of Care provides comprehensive physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services according to the patients’ needs and their physician’s protocols. These services may include pre-op and home exercise education, ambulation training, strength and endurance training, as well as respiratory, swallowing, and speech education, and will include a home environment safety assessment if requested by the physician. Upon discharge from the hospital, the treatment program will involve one-on-one therapy in the patient’s home with one of our physical, occupational, or speech therapists.

  • Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT) for Parkinson’s
  • Resistive Breathing Training (RBT) with The Breather for Pulmonary strengthening and Energy conservation
  • Electrotherapy Stimulation (E-Stim) for Physical Rehabilitation

All of our therapy treatments focus on assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), restoring range of motion, muscle specific strengthening and endurance training, progressive mobility and patient/family education.
